My client, a tech recruitment agency are looking to hire an Internal Recruiter to assist with their growth plans.-Sourcing sales professionals, graduates and experienced recruiters for a range of internal roles.
Roles to hire include Recruitment Consultants, Delivery Managers, Account Managers, Embedded and On-site recruiters.
Screening candidates and booking in for interviews with various Directors and Managers across the business.
Talent mapping and talent pooling
Managing recruitment process with external agencies (Rec2Rec agencies) to manage the flow of candidates
Reduce agency reliance and increase internal hiring and candidate attraction.
Work on employer branding projects and proactively raising the profile of the business to attract talent to the business.
Working on other People and HR related projects as necessary.

Ideally you will have 2 years plus recruitment experience
You will need to be very good at proactively sourcing talent, on LinkedIn and job boards and not reply on applications.
The successful recruiter will ideally have recruited Recruiters before, or sales professionals (Although this isn’t essential)
You will need to have worked in a candidate scarce market before. Key information:-
Hybrid role, with 3/4 days in the office
Hiring to start in December or January ideally
