The Global Experiential and Events Team is in search of an event and talent relations expert based in New York or Los Angeles to help lead the Americas region (US, Canada, Australia, New Zealand).

– Oversee the start-to-finish execution of a wide variety of small-scale experiences in the AMS region and globally.
– Provide team event support through vendor management, event strategic development and execution, ROI tactics, catering, staffing, asset creation, on-site management, post event recaps, etc.
– Oversee event talent/executive related logistics, including but not limited to vendor management, invite list curation, RSVP management, room blocks, transportation, security, travel booking, VIP management and more.
– Assist with the processing and negotiations of team finance and legal documentations (budgets, invoices, contracts, permits, insurance certificates, and more).

Qualifications

– 3-5 years experience in event or talent relations specific roles (experience in both a plus)
– A true self-starter with the ability to support all members of the team tasks with a “can-do” attitude
– Ability to juggle multiple projects at once
– Event portfolio featuring a wide range of event execution
– Innate ability to work seamlessly in a team environment
– Strong written and verbal communication skills
– Bachelors degree
