A. Finance and Accounting – Monthly Financial Reporting

• Maintains books and records as entered in GRC accounting system (AKS Fundspro System)

• Check and prepares liquidation for project expenses, ensuring the documentation is complete. Ensures that accurate and complete accounting, reporting and internal control systems and are functioning and that all relevant records are maintained.

• Provide support in financial monitoring at the Chapter Level i.e documentation and other ad hoc reports when necessary if Finance Staff-in- Charged is on leave.

• Request and monitoring of Funds Transfer requests and payment to providers channelled through PRC NHQ Finance.

• Custodian of Bank & Cash Boxes (BANK- EUR/PHP; Cash-PHP) for GRC-Core Funds Projects and other projects under responsibility

• Maintains books and records as entered in GRC Accounting System (AKS FundsPro System)

• Attend to any financial matters as needed by GRC Senior finance officer, Head of Office and Project delegate

• Field assignments to different areas for finance matters

• Provides orientation for newly assigned field staff and volunteers for financial matters

B. Administrative

• Gives assistance to other PRC Staff for financial matters and other matters as required

• Receives and forward documentation from or to GRC offices as needed by co employee

• Attends to any request of GRC staff and Head of Office.

Job Specifications:

• Qualifications/Minimum Education: Bachelor’s Degree Major in Accounting, finance or equivalent
• 3-5 years experience in Finance, Administrative and Accounting related
