Operations Project Manager

We’re now looking for strategically minded Operations Project Manager to help further build and grow our results-driven, remote-first Operations Team at Multilogin.

Examples of what you will do:

• Assisting the Head of Operations in daily tasks or be given specific projects to work on (end to end)
• Setting up tools/Finding ways to improve Operations work by minimising manual and routine work and implementing instead easy processes and/or tools
• Plans and manages any Operations task/project which can improve the daily Operations of the company
• Prepares and organises business processes and procedures which will be reviewed and submitted in our single source of truth data base for the whole company to consult and follow.
• Communicate with all stakeholders when needed
• Keep an organised and maintained project board with all tasks and due dates up-to-date, with comments, status and activity on each
• Prepares action plans for any new project and take initiative on such based on company’s strategies and objectives
• Reporting on all activities and project status
• Lead specific projects on its own end to end with the consult of the Head of Operations

You are a fit if you:

• Have 3 or more years of experience in Operations, management or project management roles
• Have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, Estonian, and Russian language
• Have excellent communication and reporting skills
• You feel well crunching trough numbers, composing a series of documents, or executing projects by being proactive in finding relevant info
• You can manage your time without a problem
• Are able to find solutions and take decisions of your own without waiting for an approval, and be able to explain the reasoning of the above
• You have great organisational skills
• Are independent and self-driven
