Our Talent Acquisition team is looking for a Junior Talent Sourcer to source talent for our teams globally across a variety of disciplines (Data Science, Creative, Product Management, Production, G&A).

This will start out as a 3 month contract opportunity.

Main Responsibilities

Collaborate with hiring teams to formulate recruitment strategy to fill vacancies in a timely and cost-effective manner
Source candidates for a variety of roles (Tech and non tech) from diverse talent pools
Create approaches that look beyond direct applications and leverage search engines, career sites, recruiting events, and other innovative sourcing techniques to find and engage the best talent in the market
Build talent pipelines in our CRM and engage with candidates through regular drip campaigns
Maintain and nurture pipeline of leads, identify opportunities that align with interests and expectations and provide exceptional candidate experience
Support recruiters with application reviews and initial phone screens
Empower hiring teams with talent intelligence & hiring data
Work with the talent acquisition and talent enablement counterparts on defining roles & responsibilities, ways of working and establishing process excellence

 

You will need:

Experience in the talent acquisition space with modern, best-of-breed tools (ATS systems, Linkedin Recruiter, SeekOut etc.)
Good communication and organization skills

 

Desired Qualifications:

Experience sourcing/recruiting in an agency and/or corporate setting
Bachelor’s Degree preferred
