About The Opportunity

This is part-time position – 20H/Week

Join our Complaint Management & Prevention (CMP) team as a “Working Student”. You will be working alongside our Operations team inside of the CMP department assisting with a variety of tasks. Our CMP is working with almost every department within N26, that’s why it’s a good place to get to know N26 as a whole in a short period of time.

In This Role, You Will

  • Perform usual administrative and back-office tasks ensuring information and documents are organized and easily accessible
  • Collaborate in creating and supporting teamwide projects
  • Support to setup workshops and offsites and training material
  • Assisting in reporting related tasks and helping to analyze data for further insights
  • Contributing in organizing the team virtual space using different tools
  • Communication with different stakeholders from different departments
  • Assisting in additional tasks as specified by your line manager

What You Need To Be Successful

Background

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Business, Law, Economics, etc.
  • Ideally, already gained first working experience (preferably in the area of banking / financial services or consulting)

Skills

  • English (mandatory, fluent) + German and/or Spanish and/or French and/or Italian would be a plus
  • Eager to learn and work closely together with the team members of the CMP.Operations team
  • Strong interpersonal, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Interest in project management
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills, strong desire for structure
  • You don’t accept the status quo and are always looking for ways to improve and optimize
  • You are a problem solver with good judgement and detail-oriented
  • Team player who likes to work in a highly motivated team and with a high degree of autonomy
  • Ability to quickly understand new and complex topics
  • Willingness to go the extra mile to get ideas and find solutions proactively
