Role Description:

In this position you will be responsible for the successful planning, coordination, and implementation of ADP’s Product by collaborating with client contacts and implementation teams to complete requirements gathering, determine solution design, and complete system configuration based on the project’s scope. You will work on either of the three modules mentioned below.

a. HR, Benefits & Talent Management Modules

b. Payroll Module

c. Time and Attendance Module

Responsibilities:

▪ Consult with clients to deliver a comprehensive ADP solution

▪ Guide and drive the client towards the best solution for their business needs

▪ Analyze existing systems, interface requirements, business processes

▪ Partner with clients to understand their business and related needs

▪ Incorporate new processes, tools and approaches when recommending an ADP solution

▪ Utilize broad knowledge to recommend solutions to the client when appropriate

▪ Understand client business issues and concerns and recommend and implement appropriate solution

▪ Build long term relationship and trust

▪ Interact/collaborate with ADP associates in sales and customer service

▪ Exchange routine information with members of client project team, including priorities, timeliness, issues as they arise

▪ Work in US Day shifts, however, need to be flexible to work in a 24/7 environment when needed

▪ To ensure a proper transition from implementation to service with the assigned Client Services representative.

Required Skill and Competency

• 7 years of functional experience in the HCM space and at least 5 years of experience in implementing HCM/Payroll/Time & Attendance (Kronos) projects for US market

• Should have end to end implementation experience in either of the three

o HR, Benefits and Talent management Modules

o Payroll Module

o Time & Attendance Module (Kronos WFC or Workforce Dimensions)

• Proven ability to maintain focus and work effectively with multiple demands

• Identify strategies, risks, and options, recommend approaches and mitigations to meet client/functional requirements.

• Advise clients on industry standards and leading practices.

• Demonstrate strong client and stakeholder collaboration to achieve project objectives.

• Ability to work both independently to provide solutions to the client and as part of a team to accomplish tasks

• Strong client relationship skills including the ability to influence client and guide the client to best solution to help resolve their client needs

• Must be comfortable working in a performance-based and structured environment while demonstrating high ethical standards

• Must be able to recognize basic procedural issues as they arise, and escalate to the appropriate level

• Ability to demonstrate learning agility and critical thinking skills and apply basic concepts in new situations

• Excellent analytical skills and time management skills

• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written

• Proficient using Microsoft Office

Educational Qualification:

▪ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in education and experience

▪ Core HR and Benefits related training is an advantage

▪ SHRM/PHR certifications are an advantage

▪ Payroll related training is an advantage.

▪ FPC/CPP certifications are an advantage
