Join us as Web Manager for the Electrification Business Area. In this position you will be responsible for strategic and operational lead of the global division web strategy. Defining the strategy and content as well as operating the tools, channels and agencies needed to maximize business impact of our divisional webpages – ultimately generating more sales leads

This position will be based in European time zone.

Your responsibilities

  • Establishing the divisional web communications strategy, in alignment with the ABB digital strategy
  • Working closely with business and functional representatives, marketing and sales across the organization to ensure collaboration, alignment and feasibility of the approaches
  • Owning and managing the divisional web presence and content, making constant improvements to improve our presence and generating more leads for the division
  • Managing external SEO agency and leading implementation of SEO recommendations. Producing, managing and proofreading engaging web content, including but not limited to videos, advertisements, etc.
  • Delivering keyword focused content, imagery and content development to assist SEO positioning
  • Advising the global communications team to better utilize the defined SEO recommendations incl. key works across all digital communications content
  • Ensuring data-driven approach to all digital communications. Developing and employing relevant KPIs to measure and improve digital communications effectiveness across all digital
  • Maintaining effective measurement and monitoring workflow for the digital and web communications. Keeping up to date with all Google analytics tools

Your background

  • Preferably University degree in Communications, Marketing or related Digital field. Minimum of 5+ years of experience in digital communications or web, holistic understanding of communications and digital environment
  • Deep understanding of digital environment and engaging stakeholder communications in digital environment, keeping abreast of industry trends. Web editing skills (CMS such as Sitefinity, Adobe Experience manager), web usability, Google analytics, SEO, technical understanding of how the web and social media works
  • Business driven, highly motivated and self-driven personality
  • Strong project management skills, operating as part of a team organizing, planning, and executing large-scale projects from vision to implementation. Ability to lead, plan, implement, prioritize and evaluate projects
  • Demonstrated ability to think outside the box and develop innovative solutions
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with resilience to resolve issues
