Our Fund Management Team in Frankfurt is looking to hire a VIE analyst supporting us on the day to day management of several real estate funds focussing on a variety of sectors (office, retail, logistics, residential). Analysts in our teams have the opportunity of starting their career in the institutional funds’ business by working on every step of the real estate life cycle and taking responsibility in a fast growing environment.
TASKS
– Close collaboration with the Fund Management team in the day to day management
– Close Collaboration with Investment & Asset Management, Fund Operations, Investor Relations, Sustainability teams as well as external advisors
– Validation of Acquisition Business Plans and preparation of investment memos
– Preparation and validation of annual budgets and monthly forecasts and consolidation into the portfolio model
– Preparation of monthly and quarterly reports, advisory board presentations as well as fund, portfolio and pipeline presentations for prospect investors
YOUR PROFILE
– Graduated from Business school or University in Finance, Business Administration and/or Real Estate
– First experience in Finance / Real Estate is a plus – Excellent communication skills in English, German is a plus
– Strong analytical skills
– Excellent knowledge of MS Excel and cashflow modelling
