For 6 months, you will :

  • Learn how to build a tech startup from scratch
  • Learn to apply design methodologies critical to the software building process
  • Structure operations and sales of new ventures, with an impact-driven mindset
  • Manage and improve the model of a high-growth startup

The internship is a pre-employment process. You will learn to develop a startup from scratch and if all goes well, join the OSS team as a Product Manager. Product Managers collaborate with Designers to lead an early-stage team of entrepreneurs. The OSS team, especially Product Managers Baptiste Pinard and Léopold Lambert and CEO and acting CPO Renan Devillières, will push the increase in skills and responsibilities of the Associate accordingly.

Considering the responsibilities, challenges and desired development of this position, we are looking for an end-of-study intern.

? Introduction



The VC Project Manager will lead the design process, early sales, and product management alongside startup founders at the earliest stage of the startups. This position represents a unique opportunity to learn how to structure an early-stage startup and includes mentoring from alumni of McKinsey, Google, and L’Oréal. ? Role, Responsibilities and Expected Results

The VC Project Manager will participate and receive training in the following.

Learn and lead the product development process.

  • Manage relationships and projects with factories from our early adopters program
  • Conduct and lead design steps during the research and the ideation stages, organize and manage reviews with designers and senior management
  • Organize with designers according to product and business objectives
  • Help founders structure MVP product approach and product development process

Structure ops and sales of new ventures.

  • Manage OSS industrial partners and early adopter factories funnel
  • Write comprehensive reports for partner factories and manage relationships
  • Manage projects with the different stakeholders from starting phase to implementation
  • Set-up repeatable and scalable selling/lead generation processes and tools
  • Recognize opportunities & optimal sales discourse
  • Design and lead implementation and customer success process

Participate in early stage structuration and strategy.

  • Lead market sizing, competitor overview & strategic analysis
  • Convince co-founders and management of relevant course of actions
  • Define and structure startups’ objectives and key results
  • Trigger and lead problem-solving on product, strategic and business vision

Increase OSS startup creation model.

  • Organize a strong network around OSS
  • Follow up with portfolio startups to identify and help on operational and strategic aspects

? Ideal candidate

You are:

  • A graduate from a top Business/Engineering school
  • Excellent at verbal and written communication
  • Fluent in both French and English
  • Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment

The ideal candidate can also demonstrate strong willingness to learn and grow with the team and project.
