For the new infotainment system of one of Germany’s premium car manufacturers Luxoft handles text creation and translation coordination.
Responsibilities
We are looking for talents with an innate sense of language and an interest in technics to support our team with current and upcoming automotive projects.
Responsibilities
- Create and adapt texts based on specification input to meet user and system needs
- Ensure to support different screen sizes, market requirements and use cases
- Ensure quality, completeness and consistency of textual content in various domains
- Communicate with different stakeholders (internal and external) to clarify open points
- Handle release management and translation coordination
Skills
Must have
Advanced degree or equivalent experience in translation or communication studies, linguistics, terminology or comparable studies
- German as native language or equivalent skills
- Knowledge in working with MS Office products
- English fluent, both orally and in writing
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Team player with talent to work independent and thorough
Nice to have
- One additional language on medium level
- Experience in translation management or project management
- Experience in automotive industry
- Experience in international and multicultural business
- Knowledge in working with translation databases and respective tools
- Knowledge of Atlassian JIRA and Confluence Tools
