Whether you are selling to a small business or a large enterprise, you will apply your extensive knowledge of our solutions, and leverage our strategic partnerships to help our customers grow their top and bottom line.This positionThe Value Management team members are effective problem solvers who work with DocuSign���s account teams to provide expert consultation on value selling which includes formulating an account strategy, building a strategic roadmap, developing business cases and delivering world-class value propositions that align DocuSign���s benefits to our customer���s strategic objectives.Internally, VEs lead and manage cross-functional project teams on high-profile VE engagements; develop thought leadership for DocuSign; and network with a global DocuSign organization.This is an individual contributor position reporting to the Director of Value Engineering and is designated Flex.ResponsibilitiesWork closely with the Value Management team, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing to understand how DocuSign helps customers meet their strategic objectives by identifying key business driversIdentify target operational and financial metrics impacted by DocuSign���s solutions and use these metrics to develop ROI / Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) models to quantify the value of DocuSign���s System of Agreement platformBecome an expert modeler of our Value Selling platform, DecisionLink, to build, maintain and enhance financial models that will be used by our entire field organization to tell our value story to our customersConduct and facilitate internal and external research and discovery around customer business processes, market trends, and mapping “as is” vs. “to-be” business processes across a wide range of companies and industries and benchmark DocuSign customers for best practices and value achievedSupport qualitative and quantitative analysis of specific sales opportunitiesCreate a framework and facilitate the aggregation of industry data generated by the sales team to be added to the knowledge base and redistribute to support future sales effortsCreate impactful presentation templates that articulate the value of DocuSign and drive executive level engagement with targeted opportunitiesAnalyze and report on the effectiveness and impact of the Customer Value ProgramCoach sales teams on Value Selling and use our models and tools to sell with valueBasic QualificationsBA/BS degree or equivalent in a quantitative field (business, finance, economics, math, engineering, marketing) or related area 5+ years of management consulting experience with a leading international consulting firm; experience leading engagements a plusQuantitative analysis, financial modeling, storyboarding, strategy development skillsAbility to travel as required (travel less than 30% typically)Preferred Qualifications5+ years of professional related experience; experience in Sales/Industry Solutions/Value Engineering or Business Transformation a plusMBADemonstrated skills in design and facilitation of executive-level workshops – ability to communicate complex topics to an audience with various levels of functional knowledgeStrong analytical skills, including mastery of data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau, ThinkCell, python, etc.)Product and Program management, including communication, driving user adoption and enablement Familiarity with DecisionLink Value Cloud Ability to work across multiple functions/disciplines/cultures/geographies in a highly collaborative and engaging fashionStrong track record of building and maintaining effective customer relationshipsBased on Colorado law, the following details are for Colorado individuals only: Colorado hourly pay range: $59.62/hour – $74.04/hour and eligible for bonus, equity and benefits.Vaccination requirement DocuSign may require all employees to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 and provide proof of vaccination to visit a DocuSign office, to meet with potential or actual customers or business partners, or for other business-related purposes, in accordance with local law.
