Job DescriptionPreferred Qualifications The HSGBU is looking for a dynamic Life Sciences Industry Solutions/Strategy that will drive a unified global strategy for Randomization and Trial Supply Management (RTSM) we grow our sales and solution capabilities with our customers and partners.This individual will drive Life Science industry solutions for RTSM Clinical Trials including applications, technology, cloud, and systems. Identifying and delivering industry solutions/product development requirements with sales/business case justification for target markets. Provide leadership and expertise in the development of new products/services/processes, frequently operating at the leading edge of technology. Recommend and justify major changes to existing Life Sciences products/services/processes. Work with industry partners to drive products/solutions that complement our current offerings to the Life Sciences industryThis individual will also be key in enabling the field sales team as they work to grow revenue, consumption, and mindshare across Oracle���s cloud offerings.Responsibilities IncludeDefine go-to-market strategy and activities for RTSM Trials for the Life Sciences industry.Provides leadership and drive strategies for RTSM products developed within the HSGBU and customers utilizing HSGBU life sciences products.Supports the Oracle Sales organization with customer sales, specifically around strategies of current Oracle products and other products customers are currently utilizing.Engages with customers on products (Specifically RTSM and Clinical ONe) that are developed and offered by Oracle to the Life Sciences Industry and develops solutions strategies and roadmaps specific for customers. Develops customer Roadmaps/Strategies for existing and new RTSM products from the Life sciences area, specifically interacting with customers, business development, and product management, and solutions development.Recommends and justifies major changes to existing products/services/processes.Individual will work closely with Life Sciences industry to provide direction and marketing for various life sciences products.Provides leadership to various Industry groups on Life Sciences product and directions.Provides leadership across HSGBU functional teams on the development and strategy of new and current products/services/processes to support the HSGBU.Extensive experience in the current Life Sciences products, applications and processes that support clinical trials, specifically must have core knowledge of RTSM technologies and process,.Experience in leading large cross functional development teams for both new and existing products in the Life Sciences area, including both On Premise and SaaS.Experience with business development and customer management, from both a product offering and service offering.Experience with Marketing new products and strategies within a company and/or to the life sciences Industry. Excellent strategic thinking, cross functional management, communication, presentation, and influencing skills.Experience with system and data integrations within the life sciences space. Has established knowledge of the various life science industry standards for supporting data integrations.Experience with partnering with other companies with products, specifically in integrations and co-marketing. Experience in developing customer roadmaps and delivering strategies that drive implementations of Life Sciences applications.Experience with Portfolio/Program management of software applications and systems.Foundational knowledge the Clinical Trial process and the future of clinical trials. Define target markets and recommend market segment solutions and sales strategy.Responsible for Life Sciences industry solution sales enablement.Deliver sales training to support Industry Solutions, Sales Campaigns, and Product Positioning with Sales and Partners.Train account teams on industry trends, solutions, and consultative selling.Manage/lead virtual team to enable sales. Hold review calls with the xLOB sales teams for product pillars or focus countries to align sales enablement, demand generation, partner recruitment, and industry revenue. Collaborate with Product Development and countries sales management across the regions on strategies and high-level tactics to deliver Oracle solutions that support the Healthcare industry needs.Support development new business opportunities and partner relationships to grow pipeline.Establish key relationships with customers, partners and industry analysts.Engage partner network that can support industry solution/sales play/healthcare industry vertical product. Present/demonstrate solution to high level clients and industry conference attendees.Act as acknowledged authority within the HSGBU.Provide leadership and expertise in the development of new products/services/processes, frequently operating at the leading edge of technology.Contribute to Life Sciences industry community.Build and maintain a network and up to date specific industry or product knowledge.Support planning and participate in marketing events and external forums.Participate in Industry Strategy Council meetings and eventsPreferred Qualifications12+ years applicable experience preferred, specifically in Life Sciences and RTSMSubject matter expertise in RTSM technologies and process within the Life Sciences industry and Life Science product spaceEditExperience with developing roadmaps and strategies for RTSM and use for clinical trials within the life sciences industryExperience in developing partnership with key Technology providers in the Life Sciences Industry. Thought leader in the life sciences industry, specifically in the RTSM areasSubject matter expertise in developing RTSM Capabilities and processes in Clinical Research Experience in design and development oversight of new software products for clinical research Experience in pragmatic marketing for new products within and organization and/or industry Knowledge of key industry leaders and management.Knowledge of Oracle competition.Presentation and product demonstration experience.Previous Consultative Selling Experience Preferred.Excellent communication, negotiating, and closing skills with prospects and customers. Ability/willingness to travel approx. 25% of the time; some international.BA/BS degree in related field.Position Location: Virtual/remote within North America. Travel Component: approx. 25% travel; some internationalLead a team that acts as the central resource and driving force for the design, process, manufacturing, test, quality and marketing of product(s) as they move from conception to distribution. Organize interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of the project/product on schedule and within budget.As a member of the product development division, you will specify, design and implement major changes to existing software architecture. Define project needs. Build and execute unit tests and unit test plans. Review integration and regression plans created by QA. Communicate with QA and porting engineering to ensure consistency, testability and portability across products in general.Acknowledged expert/professional within company and/or industry nationally and internationally. Provides leadership in the development and strategic direction of new products, processes, techniques. Acts as primary consultant on large projects that effect the organization’s long term objectives / strategy.
