Transformation Support Officer

Responsible for providing a timely and efficient administrative support service for the Transformation Team, while providing support to programs and projects as required. This is a key supporting role to the effective running of the team, contributing to the coordinating of work ensuring compliance to our agreed service levels.

The Transformation Team is working to develop a standard approach to the management of projects. Key to this is ensuring that there is clear communication of project plans, deliverables, risks and issues between Transformation Team, Business Units and Executive Team/Board of Directors.

Reporting to the Project Manager, the Transformation Team Support Officer is responsible for providing a timely and efficient administrative support service for the Transformation Team, while providing support to programs and projects as required. This is a key supporting role to the effective running of the team, contributing to the coordinating of work ensuring compliance to our agreed service levels.

The post-holder will be expected to appropriately manage confidential information, exercising discretion and upholding high professional and ethical standards at all times
