The Syrian Women’s Network “Women of Hope Organization” announces its desire to contract with facilitators of training sessions in Gaziantep and Urfa

Required experiences and qualifications:

• A university degree in a related field.
• Communication and effective listening skills
• Ability to manage time and organization
• Experience in managing discussions and groups
• Knowledge of training content (advocacy and community organizing trainings).
• Ability to motivate and encourage
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office programs.

Tasks and responsibilities:

• Coordinate with the trainer to review the content, tools and expected goals in advance.
• Organize the schedule.
• Communication and time management: welcoming participants, managing discussions and dialogue and directing questions.
• Preparing the attendance schedule
• Supporting participants by providing assistance, monitoring progress, and creating a stimulating environment.
• Collecting feedback and training outcomes on a daily basis and presenting them to the trainer

Workplace:
Facilitator in Gaziantep and Facilitator in Urfa.
