The Syrian Women’s Network “Women of Hope Organization”

A non-profit organization licensed in Turkey since 2015, working in the field of training and capacity building for women, advocacy and defending their rights, aiming to build a democratic society based on freedom, justice and gender equality. The network consists of a group of organizations and individuals. It is currently seeking to attract experts to work within its current projects.

Required experiences and skills:

• A certificate in the field of participatory leadership and community organization approach.

• Experience in the field of interactive training in the same field for not less than 3 years

• To be a member or enabler of a community organization campaign for a period of not less than two years.

• The ability to enable community organization campaigns.

• The ability to develop community organization campaign strategies that suit the work context in Gaziantep and Urfa.

  Basic tasks and responsibilities:

• Providing specialized training in the field of leadership and community organization for a period of 5 days.

• Preparing a training package and an action plan.

• Participate in setting criteria for selecting trainees on the community organization approach.

• Ability to develop, follow up and evaluate campaign strategies.

• Accompany the campaign and empower its members with leadership and work-related challenges during the implementation of the campaign on the ground.

• Cooperate and coordinate with the project coordinator to write a final report for the training course and campaign.

• Cooperate and coordinate with the media team to cover the training and campaign.

Workplace: Gaziantep and Urfa.
Duration of the project: Four months at a rate of 50 working days.
