What We Need
NetBrain Technologies is seeking current students that will assist the Training department with training related tasks and projects. This dynamic environment will provide the individual with a wide variety of technologies and solutions in a high-growth, global Network Automation company. This is a 40 hour a week internship.
What You’ll Do
- You will create training videos and programs
- Learn and keep up to date with NetBrain platform functionalities and use cases
- Interact with R&D and Engineering teams to define training use cases for customers/partners
- Collaborate with Training team members to create and update training courses
- Help customers with training related questions
- Handle other tasks as assigned
Who You Are
- You have a BS degree in Engineering or STEM field
- You are a quick learner and can pick up new technological concepts quickly
- You effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a highly dynamic, fast changing, and fluid work environment
- You are experienced in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
- You have strong communication skills
- You are bilingual (English & Mandarin Chinese)
- You have knowledge of IT or Networking
- You have networking related working experience is a plus
- You have training related knowledge/experience is a plus
