Your role will include
- Organising and working with clients and candidates to increase business for the office
- Full administration duties – writing job specs, organising team meetings and writing job specs
- Interviewing and resourcing for roles
- Sourcing for active roles – speaking to existing clients and candidates
- Networking and organising and attending events to generate new business
Who Would Be Successful In This Role
- Articulate and confident communication
- Consistent organisation and planning skills, prioritising tasks and working with a number of teams in the office
- The ability to inform your team of your workload, managing expectations and adhering to deadlines
- Possession of a ‘team player’ ethos whilst also working well independently
