The role – Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- Sourcing and selecting candidates
- Client facing role – opportunity to meet and interview candidates
- Networking and advertising jobs
- Use of multiple job boards
- Negotiating contracts and new starter packs
- Interviewing and screening of candidates
- Prepping candidates for job interviews
- Reference checking
- Liaising of telephone, email and social media
- General administration duties
- Use of Microsoft packages and spreadsheets
The Right Person – Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- An interest in finance recruitment
- Previous telephone based sales experience – B2B or B2C
- Interest in headhunting and candidate attraction
- Experience in social media – facebook, linkedin etc
- Excellent communication skills
- Creative and resourceful
- A team player
