The role – trainee recruitment consultant
A Trainee Recruitment Consultant will be expected to demonstrate focus and organisational skills when delivering tasks.
This role will involve proactively generating new business opportunities by identifying new leads and referrals.
You will source the most suitable candidates using a variety of techniques such as networking, advertising and headhunting and manage the interview process up to and closing deals.
From day one you will be involved in all aspects of the recruitment role which will include cold calling.
This is predominantly a sales role and any previous experience in sales will be considered.

£21-24k Basic salary -regular reviews
Fast track to £30k basic salary scheme
Uncapped market leading commission scheme – up to 20% of all billings
