About the Role

Our Territory Sales Manager serve as the first point of contact between Qashio and our customers. They are responsible for identifying and educating prospective customers with information, features and cost-benefit analysis relating to Qashio’s services. This role focuses on:

  • Actively seeking out prospective customers using different channels and strategies
  • Packaging Qashio’s features and services into engaging presentations, solid arguments or data-supported documents to entice and engage potential customers
  • Understanding potential customer’s challengers and pain points in order to present and promote Qashio as the best solution
  • Reaching out to customer leads through cold calling and conducting visits to business offices and locations
  • Representing Qashio and acting as a brand advocate in events, conferences and other networking activities
  • Achieving agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within scheduled time frames
  • Maintaining positive business relationships to ensure future upsell opportunities
  • Analyzing assigned markets’ potential, tracking sales and other relevant metrics

Requirements

  • 2+ years experience in B2B sales; a big advantage if you have solid experience and exposure to sales of software and accounting/expense management systems
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace suites
  • Expertise in creating and delivering presentations tailored to audience needs
  • Relationship management skills and a can-do attitude when presented with challenges
  • Highly motivated with a proven track record of achieving sales targets
  • Excellent listening and negotiation skills
  • Demonstrated experience, exposure and interest in the FinTech space; preferably having worked directly with a FinTech company
  • A bachelor’s degree in business or related fields would be a plus
  • A good understanding of FinTech software/platforms, and accounting and expense management systems
  • Able to start immediately
