  • Establish our presence to boost brand awareness
  • Assist the Sales Manager in achieving sales targets
  • Reach out to potential clients and generate leads
  • Making out-going telesales calls (cold calls) to potential clients, promoting our services and arranging meetings to further promote the business. 
  • Visiting all tradeshows in UAE and collecting prospect client data
  • Preparing show-wise database of contacts for each exhibition event in UAE
  • Preparing and reporting of the daily marketing call log 
  • Updating and maintaining the sales forecast sheet on weekly basis.
  • Creating and updating databases on weekly basis.
  • Suggest and implement direct marketing methods to increase profitability
  • Meeting and coordinating with clients located in UAE and overseas for promoting services
  • Stay up-to-date with exhibition/events trends and developments
  • Preparation of profiles, portfolios, presentations, quotations and creating client database as instructed.
  • Responsible for communications between client, sales and project team in all technical aspects.
  • Participating in operational roles to ensure the success of projects.
