Consultancy for “Regional Learning Outcome Measurement Methodology Consultancy”

The Norwegian Refugee Council (NRC) is a non-governmental, humanitarian organization with 60 years of experience in helping to create a safer and more dignified life for refugees and internally displaced people.

1. Tender Purpose:

The office of the Norwegian Refugee Council invites your company to apply for Regional Learning Outcome Measurement Methodology Consultancy.

The purpose of this consultancy will be to develop a concept note to outline the research questions, expected outcomes, proposed methods, proposed tools, opportunities, and challenges for data collection, building on methodologies and experiences used to date in country offices to measure learning outcomes in NRC programming across the Middle East. and to engender collective ownership over the research process, and to build a common understanding of the different types and quality of existing data in each context, in order to highlight gaps and opportunities..Specific deliverables and timeframe for delivery have been outlined in ToRs ‘’Annex 2 TOR’’.

The complete tender dossier in the English language can be submitted before the deadline: 15th of Aug 2022– 22:00 (Amman, Jordan local time). And the deadline for download the tender documents is 14th of Aug 2022.

Any request for clarification must be received by NRC in writing to [email protected] at least 3 working days before the deadline for submission of tenders. NRC will reply to all registered bidders at least 2 working days before the deadline for submission of tenders.
