The Norwegian Refugee Council (NRC) is a non-governmental, humanitarian organization with 60 years of experience in helping to create a safer and more dignified life for refugees and internally displaced people.

1. Tender Purpose:

The office of the Norwegian Refugee Council invites your company to apply for Better Learning Programme (BLP) Product Consultancy

The goal of this consultancy is to support the digital delivery of capacity building at scale through the BLP App. The main objectives are:

– Identify BLP product fit in the PSS that includes SEL business environment

– Identify requisite features and functionality to drive usage

– Develop a sustainable business model to deliver it

– Propose how to measure results within the application

Specific deliverables and timeframe for delivery have been outlined in ToRs ‘’Annex 2 TOR’’.

The complete tender dossier in the English language can be submitted before the deadline: 24th of Nov 2022– 22:00 (Amman, Jordan local time). And the deadline for download the tender decuments is 23th of Nov 2022.

Any request for clarification must be received by NRC in writing to [email protected] at least 3 working days before the deadline for submission of tenders. NRC will reply to all registered bidders at least 2 working days before the deadline for submission of tenders.
