About Us
Radom Network is building a Service Registry to replace existing Web 2.0 solutions with a Web 3.0 solution. Our Radom Registry allows business to create virtualised configurations of their cloud networks, services and IoT devices, thus enabling visualisation, updates and edits whilst enabling transfers of ownership and network access leasing through blockchain-backed infrastructure.
Job Role
Radom Network is seeking a Technical Writer, to deliver streamlined and meaningful content to its investors, customers and community. This includes developing technical language, a knowledge base, technical documentation and providing interesting topics of communication in Radom Network’s respective community channels (Telegram, Discord etc.)
Our primary responsibility is to translate our business vision and language to our investors and retail base whilst building out our technical language to translate our message to our intended current/future customers.
In the future, you will be tasked with helping write the content around our entire SaaS-like product, technical blog/tutorial articles and guides once our full product has been released.
The person employed must understand the required balance of discussing blockchain, cryptocurrency, SaaS (Software as a Service), business, tokenomics etc. Forming a cohesive and overarching company vision.
What You Will Do
- Write technical documentation for our Knowledge Base, Company Articles, Tutorials, How-to Guides, Technical Documentation etc.
- Engage our communities (Telegram, Discord, Reddit) and encourage discussion around our core product, vision and blockchain in general
- Write presentations for our pitches, presentations, YouTube videos etc.
- Refine existing content and make recommendations on content strategy
- Collaborate with multiple teams to gain alignment on content strategy and execution planning
- Collect data and insights to inform strategic decisions
- Identify opportunities to improve content development processes
- Liaise with the CEO in documenting the entire product vision
Required Experience
- Experience working in a technology company (ideally a SaaS or blockchain company)
- Experience with creating content such as knowledge base, tutorial, how-to guides, technical documentation etc.
- Experience writing blogs/commercial content
Basic Qualifications
- Significant experience creating and editing content
- Experience with technical writing and content creation
- Project management experience in the web, IT, or content industry
- Experience working with cross-functional teams
- Excellent English Language Skills (Native Speaker)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with blockchain/cryptocurrencies
- Experience building or contributing to a community
