Senior / Lead BA with FS background is required by our client, a reputable Financial services company with solid IT project pipeline signed of for the next 3 years integrating global systems and offices
Projects on the radar are varied and could be around any of IT Cloud Infrastructure / ERP / Change and Risk / BAU / Systems Upgrades / Efficiency projects
There will likely be accounting, tax, onboarding and HR operational efficiency projects.

Required Experience and / or qualifications
Essential
An experienced Senior Business Analyst who can demonstrate experience of:
- Operational Efficiency background
- A background coaching and developing other BA’s and capable of leading a BA team.
- Managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Previous Financial Services Industry experience
- Lean 6 SIGMA methodology
- Accounting, tax, onboarding and HR operational efficiency project experience
- Strong relationship building, interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Success in a rapidly growing, entrepreneurial organisation
- A track record of working effectively in a multi-jurisdictional and international environment.
Desirable
- Experienced user of Business Analysis software e.g. Visio, LucidChart, TFS
- Experienced user of Microsoft Office toolset e.g. Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Qualified in, or experience in delivering projects using agile methodology
