NFON
YOUR MISSION
As a technical writer, you’ll be part of the multidisciplinary team that builds and runs NFON’s Docs, NFON’s public documentation portal. You’ll contribute to shaping the content of NFON’s technical product documentation to deliver great end-customer, partner, and developer experiences.
- Create, maintain, and deliver user and IT admin product documentation and incorporate product updates
- Work closely with product managers, developers, and QA managers
- Help coordinate translations with agencies and NFON subsidiaries
- Respect and drive terminology management
YOUR PROFILE
- Degree in Technical Writing / Information Design / Applied Linguistics or another relevant education/experience, 1+ years of experience in a similar position
- Proven experience in software technical writing
- Experience in Cloud Telephony industry would be beneficial
- Passion for writing, editing, and reviewing coherent, engaging documentation
- English speaking and writing skills at a native speaker level
- You have experience in documenting technical solutions, and you’re up-to-date with current technical writing trends that share our passion for building great products using proven engineering practices.
- Any additional language for countries where NFON operates would be a plus
