The Role

Take point on the information exchange driving a project. Keep relevant people informed and involved, chasing requirements and removing bottlenecks to keep things moving. Know when and who to escalate issues to, effectively documenting outcomes and exchanges as needed. Take a keen interest in organisational structures and project ownership to know who the stakeholders are and how they can help you. Protect the flow of information maintaining data security and commercial boundaries. Curious by nature with a drive to be involved and participate in projects and conversation. Passionate about customer experience and delivering service level agreement commitments.

Requirements:

• Excellent communicator with a passion for collaboration
• Able to succinctly and accurately document information
• Politically savvy and comfortable with uncertainty
• Able to effectively triage and prioritise work
• Keen technical mind, likes to know how things work
• Service experience in a commercial setting

• Experience with service management software
• Interest in software testing and QA processes
• Experience reporting technical issues and bugs
