Our client are looking for an Business Analyst with some technical understanding to drive operational delivery. The role has a requirement to interface with our internal organisation and senior stake holders.
This role is a permanent opportunity and will be hybrid working – mostly remote with a few visits to the office in Aldershot per month.
Responsibilities:
- Analyse the structure of the business, how it delivers the service to customers meeting clear defined business objectives.
- Identify challenges within the business and present solutions to senior leadership team
- Create and implement remediation plans
- Analysing business processes and understanding why changes are required.
- Assisting with change management processes and procedures.
- Delivering and supporting the implementation of small projects.
- Scoping and configuring bespoke solutions to specific problems.
- Building data models and model business processes.
- Investigating business problems and opportunities using root cause analysis.
Key Skills:
- Proven industry experience in a similar role
- Previous experience in an IT Service organisation would be highly desirable
- Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills
- Able to interact with all levels of seniority within both internal and external stakeholders
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite especially Excel
- Experience of working in cross functional environment
