Media Partner Relations and Sales Support team

Supporting the Media Rights Sales team, the Sales Support and Partner Relations team plays a key role in media partner relationship management by creating unique experiences at events and staying in touch with our key contacts. In keeping with the premium positioning of the UEFA club competitions, we ensure all media partners receive an outstanding service throughout the entire media rights cycle.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work on some of the top properties in the sports industry. The UEFA Champions League, the UEFA Europa League and UEFA Europa Conference League are some of the most watched annual sporting events in the world and form the UEFA Club Competitions (UCCs).

The role

As Media Partner Relations Executive, you will provide a high level of organisational and administrative support to the Media Rights Sales team and will be involved in the organisation and delivery of our key events.

Your responsibilities will include the following:

Playing a key role at Finals and other events each season, including responsibility of a dedicated hospitality area, guest experience programmes, overall activity coordination and event management
Providing support to the Media Rights Sales process by organising international business meetings, including coordinating travel logistics, accommodation and presentation materials
Managing several partner communications throughout the year
Maintenance of CRM database, including managing personal profiles and keeping contact details up-to-date
Sourcing innovative gift items and managing the stock & concept

The candidate

You have 1 – 3 years of experience within the event and hospitality industry and/or a commercial background, ideally in an international environment. Your keen eye for detail and exceptional organisational skills allow you to successfully tackle all aspects of project management and prioritise a range of tasks. Likewise, your outstanding client servicing mentality and commitment to excellence allows you to deliver at the highest standards.

The position will be based at TEAM’s HQ in Lucerne, Switzerland and will involve some international travel.
