Position Title: Team Leader

About the Client:
One of the leading retail hypermarket groups with nearly a hundred branch all over UAE.
Job Description:
- Act as decision maker among his team on a daily basis for basic changes, updates and crisis within a supermarket environment
- Ensure that all team members are working optimally, and that any problems are taken care of immediately so that they do not impact customer service
- Interview, hire and train just the right type of people for each task within assigned areas
- Build strong team spirit and a network of relationships that stretches beyond the supermarket where you are stationed
Qualifications:
- Open to Any nationality
- 40 years old and below
- Bachelor’s degree or any relevant certificates
- At least 1 year of experience in the same role in the UAE
- Must have at least 2 years section management experience at a local hypermarket within GCC
- Open to overseas candidates
- Candidates who can join immediately will be prioritized
