职位描述和要求:

Corporate Strategy directly answers to CEO, board members, and senior executives. The team has diverse background from top consulting, investment, and strategy background.

The Senior Strategy Project Management Specialist of Corporate Strategy supports corporate-level strategy planning, global cross-functional strategic projects, and provides analysis for strategic decisions.

The role will work closely with BU, Geo, and Functional strategy team across the organization.

Responsibilities Include

• Contribute to and support annual corporate strategy planning, transformation initiatives, and business reviews, to address CEO and senior executive imperatives
• Provide analysis and insights on emerging industry trends and technologies, market dynamics, competitor benchmark studies, capital market, etc.
• Support initiatives and coordination to land strategy across BGs and functions
• Other assigned tasks

Position Requirements

• 2+ years of experiences with leading strategy consulting firms or leading investment / finance firms, or 4+ years of experiences of strategy positions in multi-national / high-tech companies
• Strong research and analytical skills, detail orientation, and sense of responsibilities
• Initiatives and abilities to think strategically and structurally in solving complex issues
• Solid knowledge in business and finance foundation, and capabilities to learn quickly
• Fluent written and verbal communication in both English and Chinese, strong interpersonal skills
• Bachelor or master degree from a top university; MBA from a world-class institution as a plus
