YOUR CHALLENGE
- Team-Head function for a team of some 4 senior mortgage and real estate advisors in French-speaking Switzerland
- Advice and structuring of real estate financing for demanding private banking clients with a focus on real estate in French-speaking Switzerland Holistic analysis and assessment of key clients, which may include special financing in addition to standard financing (e.g. development, Real Estate portfolio financing, etc.) as well as preparation of loan applications for the responsible approval authority
- Responsibility and life-cycle management of an assigned mortgage portfolio
- Collaboration in projects related to the mortgage business (training, marketing, regulatory matters, etc.)
- Active cross-selling of the Bank’s product range and especially of our Real Estate Franchise (covering esp. real estate brokerage) as well as independent identification and sourcing of a real estate and client network
- Real estate appraisals and visits in Suisse Romande
YOUR PROFILE
- Education in Banking and Finance
- Solid experience (10 to 15 years) in real estate financing (ideally with a focus on demanding private banking clients)
- In-depth knowledge of mortgages and the real estate market in French-speaking Switzerland
- French mother tongue with excellent knowledge of English (written and spoken) and good German (spoken)
- Excellent analytical and decision-making skills
- Thoroughness, persuasiveness, excellent organizational skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with internal and external customers, strong team spirit, customer focus
- Excellent situational adaptability (able to work with RMs and clients from diverse backgrounds)
- Friendly, trustworthy and discreet personality with a high level of risk awareness
