Job Description

1. Prepares Tax Returns using Tax software (Genius) and documentation for clients. 2. Prepare various type of Tax calculation in addition Tax return. 3. Prepare TDS Returns and do TDS compliances. 4. ROC Compliance’s for corporate and others. 5. Uses popular Bookkeeping software (Tally) for Client Data. 6. Organize Financial record of client. 7. Tax Audit. 8. Statutory audits of Companies. 9. Handle Tax litigation work of all matters (GST, Income Tax, Service Tax, Vat, NCLT, DRT, High Court, Supreme Court). 10.Financial Consultancy and Tax Consultancy to Clients. 11.Keeps Tracking of deadlines and deliverables for clients. 12.Follows all federal, state, and local tax laws. 13.Maintain Confidentiality of all personal financial information. 14.Email Communication.

Required Candidate

1. Preferred CA/ CA Intern 2. CA Semi Qualified preferred 3. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance preferred. 4. Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance preferred.
