Overview of position
Our client is looking to hire an experienced Task Manager.
Role objectives
-
Responsible for planning, overall assessment strategy, quality control,
assessment review and reporting.

Responsible for communication with our client in Somalia and ensure smooth
implementation of all activities as per the contractual agreement.

Oversee the planning and implementation of quality control and risk mitigation
aspects of the assignment

Manage the resolution of technical issues and provide interpretation of contractual matter
Conduct periodic meetings to discuss progress based on agreed-upon
benchmarks with our client in Somalia.
Project reporting
Reporting to the Project Manager
Key competencies
-
Master’s Degree in Finance, Audit or a related field with minimum of 10 years
working experience in audit, accounting and financial management in Somalia or
a similar complex emergency is required.

Certified Professional Accountant (CPA)
or Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) certification is required.

Strong ability to lead a team based on substantial experience in managing
capacity/micro assessments in Somalia or a similar complex emergency
-
Strong interpersonal, communication and planning competencies required

Speaks and writes English fluently.
