We are hiring a Talents Acquistion and Employer Branding Intern to include in our Milan Headquarters.
Responsibilities
- Mapping Universities in strategic markets and supporting the team in managing active partnerships on a global scale
- Participating in employer branding initiatives, both face to face and digitally, to promote brand awareness and attract new talents, worldwide
- Scouting of innovative projects in collaboration with the academic world (i.e.: Hackathon, Innovation Challenge and joint research labs) and operational support to the implementation phase
- Active involvement in the selection process for Junior and Senior profiles, in all Group geographies, and in detail:
- defining job descriptions
- publishing ads, screening CVs and actively searching for target candidates using tools like social media, databases, internal sources, etc.
- attending interviews with the team to evaluate relevant experiences and skills
- supporting the organization of technical interviews
- Managing and updating the company database
Requirements
- Specialist University Degree in Liberal Studies or Economic related disciplines
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Collaborative and inclusive spirit
- Results-oriented
- Curiosity and attitude to innovation
- Being comfortable with using digital technologies
- Fluent English; good French is a plus
