**Talent Branding Manager Location: UK Flexible (hybrid role working between home and office) Contract type: Permanent Hours per week: 35 Salary: £34,000 – £38,000 per annum (plus £3,344 Inner London Weighting allowance if applicable)

Could you take responsibility for developing a talent branding strategy, outlining key areas in which we wish to develop our branding to meet a variety of strategic aims including increasing the diversity of our workforce?

About this opportunity**

As Talent Branding Manager, you’ll develop a talent branding strategy that encompasses external trends and helps us to attract talent to meet our strategic aims.

Reporting to the Head of Talent Growth you’ll work closely with our Marketing and Branding department to create a schedule of talent branding campaigns across the year. The talent marketing campaigns will bring to life what it is like to work and volunteer at British Red Cross, helping us to attract the talent we need now and in the future.

You’ll conduct research to:

  • understand people’s perceptions of working or volunteering for us so we develop our marketing to overcome perceptions that are not accurate
  • create personas of people who are likely to work and volunteer with us so we can conduct more targeted marketing to reach these people.
  • understand why people choose to work or volunteer for us so we can develop our talent proposition value

This role might be for you if…

  • You have experience in a marketing or branding role, ideally with a professional branding or marketing qualification
  • You have experience creating campaigns, measuring their results and conducting research to understand peoples’ perceptions
  • You’re innovative, creative and can demonstrate knowledge of creating branding strategies and the ability to use content creation platforms (eg: Canva)
  • You’re confident sourcing, gathering and writing story content, along with developing creative assets such as social media posts, videos, blogs
  • You have worked in a large and geographically dispersed organisation

It would be advantageous if you are also able to demonstrate…

  • Knowledge of the public/voluntary sector in which the British Red Cross Society operates
  • CIPD qualification
  • Experience in increasing the diversity of talent in organisations through effective marketing solutions
