As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be part of our People & Culture team and will be in charge of attracting emerging talent, mostly in our London and Riyadh offices; you will also work with the projects manager on impactful projects across the EMEA region, ensuring great talent are hired in these projects. Our goal is to bring in a wealth of emerging talent, you will collaborate with managers, education institutions and recruitment partners to support the sustainable growth of our various businesses.
Your key responsibilities will fall into two main priorities; strategic recruitment and capability building:

Strategic recruitment

  • Identify, plan and deliver effective candidate attraction initiatives
  • Plan and deliver effective, fair, and inclusive selection practices, in alignment with company guidelines
  • Identify and implement effective recruitment strategies to address key recruitment objectives and challenges
  • Identify opportunities to advance our ability to attract and engage high-quality diverse talent.
  • Play a key role in scoping out talent in new markets, translating ambitions into tangible strategies.
    Capability building
  • Support the upskilling of hiring managers and projects recruiters, across the EMEA region.
  • Actively contribute to relevant knowledge management transfer initiatives
  • Be a champion of data-driven recruitment practices, create compelling reports, dashboards, and talent insights.

Required Qualifications:

Skills and experience

  • Previous experience in recruitment
  • A strong ability to deliver structured end-to-end recruitment
  • A proactive approach and the ability to build relationships
  • Good problem-solving abilities and willingness to learn
  • Excellent communications and organisation skills
  • The ability to influence change or implement best practices
