The Global People Resources (GPR) department is integral to shaping this more agile, innovative and impactful agency. Within GPR is the Global Talent Acquisition Group (TAG) which has a unique role in ensuring CRS has a highly diverse, engaged, and skilled workforce that demonstrates our values, delivers results, and transforms the communities where we work and serve.

Global TAG is a highly collaborative team that supports the recruitment of professionals to work in a variety of departments or regions around the world. CRS recruiters are passionate about contributing to CRS’s global mission. Global TAG teammates help each other and have a lot of fun together.

Job Summary

This key contributing position within CRS’s Global TAG is responsible for delivering sourcing efforts to support global proactive pipelining. You will partner and collaborate with Global TAG teammates to understand CRS’ hiring needs and candidate profiles. You will develop strategic sourcing strategies to identify talent pools for current and future staffing needs for Proposals and Global and US-based positions.

This position is open to telecommuting, anywhere in the world.

Roles and Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement effective and creative sourcing strategies for difficult-to-fill global, US-based, and proposal positions.
  • Use innovative sourcing techniques to develop inclusive, diverse talent pools in conjunction with CRS’s Respect, Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (REDI) commitment.
  • Build and maintain a large network of prepositioned qualified candidates through social media outlets and traditional sourcing methods.
  • Represent and promote CRS at industry and/or networking events and job fairs. Articulate compelling employee value propositions based on CRS opportunities, core values, and total rewards, as a strong ambassador for CRS.
  • Gather market intelligence and industry knowledge to help identify diverse candidate pools and build a comprehensive strategy for filling critical roles.
  • Review resumes and profiles for appropriate skills, experience, and knowledge in relation to position requirements and phone-screen key prospects; advise TAG on promising talent.
  • Identify, build, and maintain relationships with candidate talent pools.
  • Enter and maintain recruitment information in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Provide coverage for recruiters during leave.
  • Carry a small requisition load during peak period.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field of study; or equivalent experience

• Minimum of 3 years’ sourcing and recruitment experience in a large organization

Required Languages – English. French, Spanish or Arabic a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in a global organization; international development organization/non-governmental organization (NGO)

• Minimum 7 years recruiting experience or combination of international development recruitment and recruitment experience

• Certified Internet Recruiter (CIR) certification

• Experience in supporting competitive positioning for and pursuit of US government funding opportunities; preference for candidates with knowledge of /experience with staffing for US government contracts

• Strong current network in international development space is highly desired

• Master’s degree a plus

Travel: Must be willing and able to travel up to 10% to attend career fairs, networking/professional association events, conferences and universities as required.
