We’re now looking for strategically minded Talent Acquisition Partner/Recruiter to help further build and grow our results-driven, remote-first team.

Examples of what you’ll do:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment (sourcing to contract signature) for Multilogin’s technical, business and business-supporting departments
  • Build and drive overall strategy and execution for building pipelines, and regularly advise your hiring teams for insights and implementing improvements
  • Advise your hiring teams with insights and improvement implementation
  • Initiate and execute projects to present Multilogin as an employer of choice in relevant talent communities (ie. hosting or attending to events, being an active member of interest groups, etc.) Sky is the limit!
  • Own the employer branding and candidate experience for technical and business lines and contribute to existing branding initiatives
  • Liaise with other People team members as well as collaborating partners to oversee quality of outsourced human resource activities

You’ll be best placed to succeed if you have the following experience:

  • 3+ years in full-cycle (technical/non-technical) hiring in fast-growing technology companies
  • In-house recruitment and the design, implementation and ownership of recruitment strategy
  • Data analysis/interpretation and using insights to guide hiring decisions, influence the business and back up recruiting goals and projections
  • In- and outbound sourcing (particularly scouting and sourcing through events, job boards, professional networks and outreach via ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, Slack communities, Stack Overflow, GitHub, events, meet-ups and more)
  • Hands-on running of interviews in different structured approaches or methodologies (eg behavioral, conceptual, situational, attitude, culture-add, etc) to assess knowledge, experience, motivation and fit
  • Hiring in an organization focused on high performance
  • Familiarity with Recruitee or other ATSs
  • Excellent English communication skills,
  • Russian speaking is a must,
  • Offshore hiring is preferable (particularly Asia and LATAM) but not a must
