Overall Summary

Join the Close Brothers Product team where you will facilitate the technical support for our clients and internal IDeal/CloseNet users. Working as part of the Product team, our ideal team member will have good PC and technical skill with excellent interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

Overseeing the running of the platform helpdesks

Complete remote installs, reinstalls and extractor maintenance

Ensure that all client queries are reviewed and resolved (whenever possible) within 24 hours

Provide testing and UAT testing support

Helping with supplier management issue, actively managing any issues escalated

You have experience in a similar role

You are an analytical thinker with good attention to detail

You are enthusiastic and self-motivated

You are a good team player as well as the ability to work on your own

Are ABFA Qualification to at least Foundation level
