Job Summary

Utilizes building data (such as, attendance, SEL, tardy, behavior, on track for graduation) to identify students for support. Intervenes using such strategies as restorative practices, home visits, participation in parent conferences, and referral to after-school tutoring program and community services. Specific position requirements will vary depending on the needs of the building. This position is supported through building Title I funds and is subject to availability of these funds.

High School Diploma, HiSET or G.E.D.

Two years of experience working with K-12 age students with problem solving and conflict resolution, or in a community-based organization.

Highly Qualified Candidates Will Possess

Bachelor’s degree in education, social work, or related field.

Fluent in a second language.

Experience in social work or working with At Risk youth.

Position Details

225 Days

8 hours

Salary: $17.98 – $20.94

Final salary will be determined by experience
