Compensation
$40,000
Responsibilities
- Ensure transactions are recorded properly in all ledgers
- Make sure accounts payable/accounts receivable are processed efficiently
- Process payroll to provide payment to employees on time
- Bookkeeping Enter data, maintain records and produce financial reports
- Consistently input daily financial transactions and finalize the posting process
- Prepare all financial statements and bank reconciliations
- Provide financial reports to Upper Management
- Work with Administration on streamlining processes where possible
Qualifications
- Must exhibit exemplary problem-solving, communication, and time management skills
- Strong understanding of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP)
- Strong knowledge of QuickBooks, Excel, and basic accounting systems
- 2+ years of work experience at an accounting firm or as a bookkeeper, cost accountant, management accountant, or similar position
- Prior Real Estate or Property Management experience is a plus
