Specialist School -Support Teaching Assistant/Sports Coach
A fantastic school in Oxford is currently for a Behaviour Support Teaching Assistant to join them ASAP. They cater for a range of special needs, both children and young adults. This is an exciting opportunity for a graduate or experienced teaching assistant to develop their experience with Special Educational Needs and Behavioural Needs. A graduate with a degree graded 2:2 or above is ideal for this role and some previous experience working with SEN children is desirable.
A positive, enthusiastic individual who is able to bring prior knowledge and experience to the classroom is exactly what this school is looking for. The children at such school require a supportive teaching assistant who is open-minded and is able to adapt to different situations. With SEN widely varying, the children have many different needs, which should always be a priority. Suitable experience from working with either SEN children or adults is greatly beneficial. A minimum of Level 3 qualifications or equivalent is required, with a degree being most desirable.

Aspiring teachers wantedThis SEN school is providing a new exciting opportunity for a graduate or experienced teaching assistant to develop their experience with Special Educational Needs and Behavioural Needs. Previous experience working with SEN children is desirable and a graduate with a degree graded 2:2 is ideal for such role. Such candidate will be given the opportunity to work closely with children who have mental health difficulties, display challenging behaviour and have learning disabilities such as Autism.
The ideal Sports Coach/SEN teaching assistant will be able to commit for the full academic year and the expected salary will be from £65-£80 per day.
