HirePlace, LLC is currently hiring a full-stack Software Engineer, CRM, primarily someone having a background in Microsoft. Our client, a leader in their industry, needs someone who will be responsible for implementing and supporting software applications for a variety of clients. Resourceful, detail-oriented, and self-directed are all key soft features needed. We need someone passionate about what they do and has a social understanding how to work well with outside stakeholders or clients.

Job Requirements: Software Engineer, CRM

  • Ability to design, develop, test, implement and maintain C#, CV.NET, ASP.NET, MVC, web applications and web services with SQL service database connectivity.
  • Other web technologies such as Web Services, Web API, HTML, JavaScript, jQuery, XML, AJAX, and Bootstrap.
  • Proficient in Microsoft technologies and Object-Oriented Programming.
  • Capable of interpreting ERD, UML, and related diagrams and producing related documentation.
  • Design, deploy, and debug ASP.
  • Understanding of Service Oriented Architecture
  • Basic understanding or willingness to learn Microsoft Dynamics CRM and SharePoint.

Skills and Experience: Software Engineer, CRM

  • Resourceful, detail-oriented, and self-directed.
  • A passion for understanding their clients business and implementing technical requirements. Outstanding listening skills, genuine, interest in fostering teamwork, a willingness to provide honest feedback, and extreme ownership.
  • Proven ability to self-manage and complete project deliverables
  • Good interpersonal, listening, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Basic Project Management skills
  • Functional and/or Technical Certifications as deemed appropriate for specialization.
  • A degree in IT, Computer Science or Business Administration is required.
