Software Developer/Engineer – Machine Vision

Tasks
- You will design and develop software algorithms and solutions for innovative Machine Vision inspection systems
- You improve the existing image processing software library and expand it with new algorithms for 2D and 3D vision
- You develop and perform automated tests to maintain and improve the quality of existing code
- You collaborate closely with colleagues from the areas of field application engineering, solution development, and sales team support
Requirements
- You successfully graduated (Bachelor/Master) in Computer Science, Software, Electrical Engineering, Physics or a related technical discipline
- At least 1-3 years of experience in software development and implementation of image processing algorithms for industrial applications
- Proficient in C++, experience with GUI programming in QT beneficial
- You are familiar with the working principles of 3D vision based on structured light, experience with fringe projection beneficial
- Solid understanding of calibrating industrial cameras geometrically
- Very good spoken and written English skills
- You are open to relocate to Berlin/Germany and at times travels to China
