Your enthusiasm helps and motivates younger developers to perform better. Together with your manager within the technology division, you guide and manage your team as a senior software engineer. With your team members, you provide innovative technical solutions in order to create unique digital experiences from requirement engineering, UX/UI design, front-end & back-end development to the implementation of the application.
You have excellent communication skills and you create a team spirit. Our customers become your biggest fan. In addition to your work for our projects, you are also actively developing and sharing your knowledge.
WHO ARE YOU?
- You have a bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, IT, Software/ Information
- You have at least 3-5 years of experience
- You are ambitious, curious, and fascinated by technology
- Aside from technology, you are also interested in the business side of things. You are happy to think of the best solutions for the customer and understand that custom made is not always the best solution
- You have knowledge of architectural patterns and as a solution architect you can technically manage a project from start to finish
- You are not afraid to try out new tools and technology and you overflow with good ideas
- As a senior, you play an important role in your team, you motivate, guide, and coach junior and medior developers
- You are committed; your team and the client can rely on you
- Working according to the Agile / Scrum approach is your thing
- You are willing to relocate to the Netherlands/Belgium
- You have good knowledge of English
