What are we looking for?

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced social media specialist to manage our social media channels to drive new and repeat business, grow market position and achieve revenue and impact goals in line with our, mission, commercial and brand strategy.   

Reporting into the Marketing and Content Lead and working closely with the Paid Digital Marketing Specialist to deliver an insight-led, digital-first, Brand and Marketing strategy, you will become part of a strategically focused fast-paced marketing and communications team.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys producing on-brand social media content and measuring and reporting on the performance of integrated digital marketing campaigns. You will be a skilled writer who is able to communicate in an easy-to-understand language with an eye for compelling visual content and attention to detail.

You Will Be Able To

  • Create compelling organic social media content, scheduling and reporting across digital channels
  • Support the delivery of the digital-first lead generation marketing strategy across MHFA England’s social media channels
  • Manage customer journeys across all digital channels with UX-driven content that is diverse and accessible
  • Provide regular insight driven analysis and reporting
  • Collaborate and build strong commercially sustainable relationships across the business with suppliers and stakeholders to support the delivery of marketing objectives
  • Manage a programme of continuous improvements for organic social media channels
  • Utilise market research techniques and market insight to monitor and implement industry best practice

You Will Have

  • Solid experience in a commercially driven social media role
  • Exceptional digital writing skills with a creative flair
  • Experience of executing strategic digital plans and digital marketing campaigns
  • Commercial understanding of delivering integrated content for a digital first marketing strategy
  • Understanding of an integrated UX with ecommerce, CRM/CMS and mobile
  • Experience with Google Analytics, Google Search Console and other web data analysis tools

Desirable Skills

  • Awareness of mental health and wellbeing in the workplace
  • CIM or digital marketing qualification
  • Understanding of email and affiliate marketing channels
