Salary

£29,851.00 – £36,377.00 per annum (pro-rata)

The role

  • To help co-ordinate the advertising and recruitment of Decolonising Arts Education Secondments
  • To provide administrative support for up to six post-holders of the Decolonising Arts Education Secondments in support of their year-long projects
  • To plan, co-ordinate and promote secondments activities and events including workshops, meetings and larger events
  • To support the review and updating of documentation, including project plans and reports to relevant UAL committees
  • To act as an inquiry point including dealing with phone and email queries and redirecting as necessary

Your profile

Specialist Knowledge/ Qualifications – Educated to A level or above. Ability to organise administrative processes effectively in a complex multi-stakeholder environment

Relevant Experience

Has experience of working in a creative HEI, cultural agency and/or arts organisation.

Has experience of analysing, writing reports and development plans

Significant administrative experience

Experience of using various software packages and

digital tools, ideally across dual platforms

Communication Skills – Communicates effectively orally, in writing and/or using visual media

Planning and Managing resources – Plans, prioritises and organises work to achieve objectives on time

Teamwork – Works collaboratively in a team and where appropriate across or with different professional groups

Student Experience or Customer Service – Provides a positive and responsive customer service

Creativity, Innovation and Problem Solving – Uses initiative or creativity to resolve problems
