Here’s where you come in:

As the Social Media and Content Creation Manager, VisionFund International, you will be responsible for planning, managing and writing/editing the contributions to grow the VisionFund brand, our products, and mission. It will require a keen understanding and experience with the latest social media trends and develop a plan to increase targeted engagement for greater awareness, digital and off-line, across the network and with multiple platforms.

The sourcing and creation of content that enhances the work of VisionFund will be used to equip, inspire both internal and external audiences. It will also enable staff, senior leaders, MFI network communicators with skills and knowledge to provide quality content for social media, blogs, and external publications.

Requirements include:

• Bachelor’s degree in journalism, strategic communications, or equivalent
• High level mastery developing social media content to increase brand awareness
• Minimum 6 years of advertising or marketing experience
• High level marketing experience with creation, testing and evaluation of content on all types of social media (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc.)
• High level knowledge of content marketing and branding.
• Excellent English fluency – written and verbal.
• Travel up to 2 weeks per year. Ability to work remotely, be an early adaptor to new technologies, attend meetings
